Actually, Jost · Roth · Colleagues is representing more than 200 pensioners of the YMOS AG pension fund in Obertshausen. The company decided in the beginning of 2008 to stop the pension payment to their pensioners although they had an entitlement to this company pension.

The reason given by the YMOS AG company is “economical difficulties”. Nevertheless, we managed to win two processes in front of the labour court of Hessen for two of our clients. Unfortunately, the YMOS AG does not accept this outcome for the rest of their pensioners. Therefore, each pensioner of the YMOS AG pension fund must claim his own pension in front of the labour court in order to get his pension back.
